1. During the event period, the referrer can earn a rebate on the trading fees of valid invited friends, with no assessment period.

2. Sub-accounts cannot be referrers.

3. An invitee is considered a valid invited friend if they deposit 100 USDT or more or trade 200 USDT or more within seven days of successful account registration.

4. The trading fees of the invitee’s sub-accounts will be credited to the main account before the rebate is distributed.

5. There is no limit on the number of invited friends, and no cap on the rebate amount.

6. Spot trading rebates are distributed at 08:00 (UTC+8) on the following day. The actual distribution time may be delayed and is subject to the final issuance time.

7. Referrers who lock up NFTs will receive periodic airdrops. The more NFTs locked, the greater the airdrop rewards.

8. By inviting 30 friends, the referrer can apply for a secondary rebate. This application is a one-time process and remains valid for life. The secondary rebate follows the same rules as the primary rebate.

1.Deposits made through sub-accounts, third-party channels, or other accounts on the platform will not count toward the deposit amount. However, sub-account trading volume will be included in the total trading volume.

2.If an invitee’s trade involves a counterparty with a negative fee rate, the rebate will be issued only after deducting the platform subsidy portion from the order.

3.The referral rebate cannot be enjoyed simultaneously with the agent rebate program.

4. No rebate will be issued under the following conditions: The invitee is a special-rate user, such as a market maker or VIP; The referrer or invitee's account is frozen, flagged as high-risk, or located in a restricted region; The referrer has created a third-party website similar to the platform and redirected traffic to the official site.; Trading fees from abnormal transactions.

5. If a referrer is found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities during the event—such as registering multiple accounts using the same IP or device, or bulk registering accounts to gain extra rewards—their rebate eligibility will be revoked. Additionally, all promotional rewards obtained through such referrals will be considered invalid.

6. Any adjustments to the event will be subject to the platform's official announcements. Due to changes in market conditions and potential fraud risks, the platform reserves the right to modify the reward rules at any time and retains the final interpretation of this promotion.
